D&H Launches “Partnerfi” Community, Offers Partners Enhanced Incentives and Support, Podcast

Last week, D&H announced it is expanding its peer-to-peer partner engagement community offerings, creating a comprehensive partner organization called “D&H Partnerfi.” The Partnerfi Community will receive exclusive advantages such as an enhanced “SuccessPath Premier” enablement program, D&H discounts and incentives, access to subject-matter experts and keynote panelists from the field, exclusive member pricing on D&H services, enhanced credit offerings, best practices development, leadership development, peer networking opportunities, and more. In this podcast, Jason Bystrak, D&H’s VP of Cloud and Services, joins us and tells us about the program. The program will consist of two networks: an education network comprised of partners primarily selling into the K-12 vertical, and a “Core” network comprised of a combination of D&H’s more traditional VAR and MSP partners.

“We wanted to invest in our partners and help them understand market opportunities,” says Bystrak. In the podcast Bystrak outlines how D&H is moving to make the partner experience more customized and to offer partners very practical tools from enhancing their ability to market and sell, to access to credit in an industry that Bystrak describes as, “cash is king”. There will be specific help available to make it easier to transition to cloud and collaboration sales, and the program aims to help people as they sell into a business community that’s changing the way and where, work occurs. Bystrak explains how the two networks, education and a “core” network, will operate and how the core program is designed to help partners form more of a community, and increase the space where they share information and ideas. In a new year, that might be one day seen as the first year of a new communications era, Bystrak reports that D&H is investing in its partners to realize growth and opportunity.
