“Anywhere and everywhere” challenges
“All the security services and all the networking services are integrated as one offer,” says Michael Wood, Versa CMO. Today, Colt Technology Services’ customers now have access to an integrated full Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution that brings together SD-WAN and SSE features, with the launch of its new Colt SASE Gateway solution. In this podcast, Wood discusses why the offering will be important to Colt Technology Services customers and to Colt itself. Wood explains how SASE is more important to the security well being of any company that has moved partially or entirely into a hybrid or all work from remote posture. The traditional safeguards that enterprises were able impose on a site now have to be duplicated in a huge number of off site locations, often across all manner or hardware and assorted other variable with employees logging in from home, from public spaces or from a newly retooled office that hosts work spaces and huddle rooms. We learn how the solution Colt will be offering is also available to carriers to use and for MSPs to sell. White label opportunities are also available. According to Wood, SASE solutions are going to be a very demanded service, in what he describes as a “watershed” moment.
