Nice transition from one segment to the next, Rams update live with the Governor, "make no mistake about it, St. Louis is an NFL city", January 28 the deadline Rams have set to give noticer of plans to execute year-to-year lease, not going to be characterizing our talks with the Rams, "couldn't have chosen two better people to lead this effort than Dave Peacock and Bob Blitz", want to move beyond theoretical into more specifics, no comment on any specific numbers or dollar figures, not about a deal but it's about meeting a standard, differences between Rams and Chiefs in regards to KC's recent movements, belief that NFL will react very positively that we're taking proactive steps & reaction to the comments/questions.
