Doug got the song he wanted, Ray Hartmann from St. Louis Magazine joins the show in-studio, lawsuit against the new stadium, Hartmann not campaigning against a stadium, Hartmann still thinks that no stadium will be built, legislators thought that they could slip through a $400 billion deal, looking at the facts of the stadium deal without emotions, 'root for the Rams to leave not to stay', Hartmann thinks NFL wants to keep a team in STL even if the Rams leave, STL is a willing NFL city prime to have a team, real discussion of stadium economics revolves around corporations, sports are about suites and advertising not the fans, the importance of ticket sales, corporate dough is the name of the game, fans have nothing to do with the Rams situation, how does NFL football actually affect a city's economy, STL has lost its corporate sponsor concentration, Darrell calls in to talk to Hartmann, Darrell can't tell the difference between Doug and the Cat, different cities have different business climates, not a matter of tax politics, Steve calls in to talk to Hartmann, the opportunity for growth in the NFL market here in STL, club seat sales down drastically for the Rams, Patrick calls in to talk about small city precedents, still a small hope that STL could obtain a new NFL team if the Rams leave, Rams vacancy would be good for the Blues and Cards, there are potential NFL buyers in STL, Hartmann doesn't think that Rams' record has anything to do with the current situation & Kroenke wants the Denver market eventually.
