Segment 2 - Timberfake Twice, Rick Hummel & Bill Plaschke Column 6.17.15

#WeenWednesday, recapping the discussion so far this morning, Dave calls pretty much incriminating the Cardinals for past indiscretions (lack for a better word)...Cardinals not always the squeaky clean organization they're made up to be, have usually compared the Cardinals to the San Antonio Spurs, damage from PR perspective already done (could get worse too), easy to poke at #BFIB, Doug not sure if someone ought to go to prison over this situation...looking at Astros draft analysis should not be crime, explaining crime like competing businesses stealing secured information from each other, Chris calls complementing Charlie over the Aldi shoes...actions have consequences...says do whatever it takes to win...Doug does not agree...we do felonies everday without knowing it...POT HIM DOWN!!!, some texts, suspension earned, Dave calls to talk to Doug about the information stolen, Mark who apparently worked in some corporate espionage calls...some details about his dirty doings...did some hacking for information...called "competitive intelligence", Timberfake calls...never committed a crime...take on championships...possibly fighting Weezer...shout outs...talking to Plow Boy...okay that's enough, Rick Hummel of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, surprised and shocked when he heard the news, definitely was ill will when Luhnow left, some people went with him, if this whole situation began as a joke, possible ramifications from the league, do not really think the crime was premeditated, comparing this situation to others, not even sure if the employee in question still works with the Cardinals, should not have any effect on the field, fans might boo the players more, Timberfake back on the air...trying to get him to fight Weezer, Mike Lee calls...couldn't play golf yesterday...POT HIM DOWN!!!, if the other sports station stole stuff from us..., not the first time that Bill Plaschke has wrote column that ruffles the feathers of Cardinal Nation, wrote some inaccurate things after the death of Josh Hancock, his most recent piece on the FBI investigation of the Cards makes it fair to question their postseason wins over the Dodgers, Doug not a fan of the column, some will assume that Cardinals hacked other teams & SUPPORT THE SPONSORS!!!
