Segment 2 - Ray Hartmann (12/10/15)

Our colleague Bernie Miklasz made waves yesterday with his interview of the NFL's Eric Grubman who didnt seem enthused about the #STLNFL plan, we discuss the topic with St. Louis Magazine CEO Ray Hartmann as he joins us in studio, Hartmann finds it very chilling that other NFL owners were not a fan of the Rams stadium project, what will Kroenke do with the Maryland Heights site? Ray continues to state that he wants the Rams to stay in St. Louis, will people in St. Louis be willing to afford the PSL's for a new stadium? The NFL owners are looking for Kroenke to pay alot of money in relocation fee's upwards of $500 million if he does end up leaving for LA? Hartmann brings up the similarities to the Rams moving to LA compared to when the Big Red left, Rams brought a Rabbi to "bless" the Dome when it was first built, would the new river front stadium actually help the city? If the Rams leave there would be no way to sue the NFL over anti-trust laws, the NFL has no obligation to keep the Rams in St. Louis, if Kroenke is denied LA the next destination for him could be London or Toronto.
