Segment 1 - Show Open (01/06/16)

The Rams released their reasons for relocation that was sent to the NFL and it was basically 29 pages of Stan Kroenke taking a crap on St. Louis, Tim thinks the document sounds desperate so he's actually optimistic after reading it, Doug wonders if this precludes Stan remaining as the Rams owner if the franchise isn't awarded Los Angeles next week, lots of listener reaction to this topic as it owned Twitter last night, Tim still doesn't understand the urgency to decide something this year because San Diego can't even vote until this summer, expansion could still be a factor down the road as well still, it's really irritating that the Rams proposal include shots about attendance when the product and ownership in general have been so subpar, Tim is still of the opinion that the team staying and being committed to the city would lead to a football renaissance in STL, there are still questions about the state and city financing for the Riverfront Stadium, Daniel Kaplan told Frank yesterday that the Chargers could afford to do Carson on their own and that scenario woud be easier to get 24 votes.
