The way believers grow as Christians are the same way which teens need to grow in the Lord. * The young people in your church today will be the leaders of your church tomorrow; so invest yourselves in them completely. * When you look for a person to lead your youth, the primary focus should be character. * It is much better to be respected when working with teens than simply being liked or admired. * Entertainment will only keep teens attending temporarily.
