Bob Dylan is one of Minnesota's many points of pride. For some reason, Minnesota produces a lot of singers per capita. The cold air gives you strong lungs. Although it might be more accurate to call Bob Dylan a lyricist than a singer, per se. He's also fairly reclusive for a musician, which makes Spencer's book all the more important.
