Today on Vermont Viewpoint, Pat McDonald hosts! During the first half of the show, she’ll speak with Howard Coffin. Howard is a Civil War Historian, Author, and former Press Secretary to US Senator Jim Jeffords. They’ll be discussing Vermont’s Role in the Civil War.
