Brewing Community at Lake Time Brewing & Spirits

Aaron DePue never planned on a career in brewing. With a degree in graphic design and a passion for homebrewing, he found his way into the craft beer industry almost by accident. Today, he's the brewer at Lake Time Brewing & Spirits in Bridgman, where he's creating everything from easy-drinking lagers to barrel-aged stouts and award-winning Belgian-style ales. Aaron shares his journey through breweries across the country, the creative freedom of building a beer program from the ground up, and why listening to customers is one of the most important parts of his job.
