Give Money, Get Blessings? The Prosperity Gospel Gets One Thing Right (Malachi 3:7-12)

What Christians Should Know exists to equip you to know what you believe and why you believe it. Resultantly, in our quest to encourage you to think and act biblically, in this episode Dr. Sadaphal will talk about money and blessings. Specifically, he will answer several questions: One, is there a link between tithing and getting blessed? That is, is there a biblically-promised connection between giving money to the Church and reaping material rewards? Two, when it comes to giving and getting, does the prosperity gospel get anything right? And three, should Christians tithe now?

To develop answers to these questions, he will look at an Old Testament passage on tithes and offerings (Malachi 3:7-12).
