A Tale in Hard Times

This week is actually a bunch of tales in hard times, as we look at the traditional folk ballads of Britain, Scotland and Ireland. We start with a short look at the history of Folklore in Britain. Then I have four stories that I want to read to you, and I'll follow up each story with a version of that story in musical format. I hope you enjoy this week's show!
