We talk about why burnout feels so real in the body, why your brain keeps showing you evidence that everything is too much, and how shame and disempowering thoughts keep you stuck in the same emotional cycle. I walk you through how your thoughts are draining more energy than your to do list, how you may be leaking energy all day long without realizing it, and why changing the way you think can open up solutions you literally could not see before.
We also go into motherhood, emotional regulation, and what your kids actually need from you. Not perfection. Not endless running. Not more doing. They need a mother who is present, grounded, and emotionally safe enough to hold space for them without making their emotions mean something is wrong.
This is not an episode about blaming moms.
It is an episode about giving moms their power back.
