We are a natural being, and we are a spiritual being. These two aspects of who we are oppose each other. Every Christian experiences this tug of war occasioned by our flesh versus our spirit. This episode addresses that reality, and how we can live a life that pleases God in, spite of that reality.
We all know that the desires of our flesh can be intense. They include illicit sexual desires, hatred, envy, anger, etc. But if you are a Christian, you have been born again and the Holy Spirit lives in you.
