A nice upgrade from my 91 Toyota that I've been driving since my Solara got wrecked (and totaled). (Not my fault, someone was texing and hit me from the rear.) I talk about all the podcasts I subscribe to and asked for recomendations for new ones now that I will have time to listen in the car on my new gig. Hope everyone has/had a good long weekend! In other words, I'm for freedom to do what you want as long as it doesn't effect me and I don't have to pay for it. I go on a bit of a rant about our political system in the USA. It's a bit screwed up, but it is better then any other system ever tried. So lets stick with it. Catch me Later! -Mike
MDW 192 – Stick your finger in your eye – Mike Dell's World
Facebook Twitter LinkedIn I talk about my decision to go for contact lenses. I've worn glasses most of my life and for the last couple of years, I've worn bifocals and had a separate pair of “computer” glasses, prescription sun glasses and even a pair of cheaters (the reading glasses you get at drug stores). When I was in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago, I forgot my glasses case in the car I was driving. Instead of buying 2 new pairs of glasses, I will go for contacts. I'm thinking with contacts I should be able to get away with just a set of weak cheaters (maybe) for reading small type and then I can wear some cool “normal” sunglasses. I guess I will see if I am able to stick my finger in my eye -Mike

Something where I didn't have rules, I didn't have a schedule and didn't have advertisers. Just plain old podcasting. Hopefully you will get something out of listening to me rant once in a while.
