Sarah Jameel – From Fire to Light – Malawi Bookraiser

There really isn't anything like a student's relationship with their school. And when that relationship is severed due to a fire that destroys a university library, this intricate connection with education is at stake. This is what happened over December break to Mzuzu University in Malawi. By coincidence Mzuzu University is a partner university of University College Cork, and UCC were anxious to see if there was anything they could do to help.   The result is a campaign called ‘From Fire to Light, UCC’.
