“All the historical examples going way back and certainly in more recent years indicate that simply a militaristic policy toward Ukraine is not only self-defeating but is highly dangerous and dangerous for all of us.” – These are the words of veteran foreign policy consultant, author and professor Dr William R. Polk in his conversation with Wendy Grace on the Morning Show.
In December 2014, the US Congress unanimously passed the ‘Ukraine Freedom Support Act’ which proposes sending arms to Ukraine in their fight against pro-Russian separatists.
Dr Polk served on the US State Department’s Policy Planning Council during the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, and he has become increasingly worried by what he says is a drift back into the Cold War, and the tendency of the West and its media to be superficial in its analysis of the Ukraine situation.
