Charlo the Chef was in studio chatting to Jacki Ascough about his own journey back to health and fitness after a hip replacement, and sharing his healthy recipe for:

Overnight Chia Pudding

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

125 ml Oak Milk / Dairy Milk

2 Tsp Maple syrup

Sliced banana

Seasonal Berries

1 Tsp Peanut Butter

Combine the Chia Seeds , Milk and Maple Syrup in a bowl or individual jar and leave overnight in the fridge or for at least 8 hours

When ready to serve top with slices of banana , berries and peanut butter , if you want to enhance your protein intake

All optional but really nice if you add fruit n protein to your pudding

This recipe can be used as a breakfast or snack option throughout your busy day Charlo the Chef.com
