Botched executions: more common than you think

(Part 1)

Christa Pike is all over the news for having her execution botched. Apparently the same doctor who botched hers did the same thing to another prisoner just a few months ago. You'd think that would be impossible, but then we get into stories about pets not being put down properly, sedatives not being administered, and other fun stuff. It's a very cheery episode.
