Bob Drury is one of few authors who had shrapnel in him

(Part 4)

Bob and his co-author, Tom Clavin, write about a man who was captured in WW2 three times, parachuted into German-occupied France twice, and forced some Nazi officers to toast FDR once. And the most interesting part is, it's all true. His name was Peter Ortiz, also known as The Phantom. Also also known as Das Fantom, depending on how German you are.
