Anyone need an Italian clown?

(Part 3)

Half the country feels like the midterms were an unprecedented success. The other feels like it's the biggest loss since the meteor wiped out the dinosaurs. But what if I told you they were actually just about average? That's right, this happens basically every four years. What doesn't happen every four years is an Italian sculptor mysteriously appearing, making a bunch of clowns, then vanishing without a trace. It happened at least once though.
