Bob versus technology

Bob's daughter's phone got run over, so he joins us from the parking lot of a T-Mobile. Apparently this isn't the first device he's had to rescue in a hurry. Then, suddenly, his connection goes bad. It's not a good day for tech. But it is a good day for the Vikings, who have won a single preseason game. If that's not a reason to get your hopes up, I don't know what is.
