Ep. 354 - Cooper Hibbard - Experimenting with Composite Breeds

Cooper Hibbard of Sieben Land and Live Stock joined me to discuss the journey they have been on to develop a composite that fits their environment in the Gallatin Valley of Montana. We discuss the process of introducing new breeds into the already existing composite as well as some of the things they keep an eye to see if they are moving in the right direction.
