Diversity, equity, and inclusion are popular workplace topics today. As a whole, we are making small strides to make work environments less biased and more fair. One area of diversity that is often ignored, however, is social class. We do not live in a classless society and, as much as we hate to admit it, social class does impact people’s outcomes.
