When not thinking about sailing she teaches people how to improve their health and wellness. She has developed a program 'Deeper Well Being, The Comprehensive Self Care Plan' out of decades of helping people improve their overall health. The 4 Pillars of Health are Personal Care, Environment, Preparedness, and Community. Piloting women through midlife is her passion. Busting hot flashes, improving sleep and energy are the primary goals. Francie has a long history of treating pain and increasing functional movement. All athletes are welcome to improve their game through increased range of motion and circulation. Anyone can up their fitness and health routine with acupuncture.
