Your energy & influence are dictated by your circle. Who are you surrounding yourself with?

Are you hungry or do you just want something to eat? Massive success isn't something you can just grab off of a grocery store shelf, you have to be willing to sacrifice, hunt, & forage. How hungry are you?

We've had a packed schedule lately & weren't able to film a few episodes, but wanted to give the audience an insider look at one of the team meetings. Each week we give all of our agents and managers the opportunity to huddle up & recognize the week's top performers and share a little inspiration.

Training is all about quality over quantity. The first step, regardless of what specific business or industry you're in, is outlining intentions & expectations with a trainee. After that, it's building a solid foundation of the fundamentals and expanding from there.

The best way to conquer anxiety is to develop habits that will greatly reduce, if not eliminate the chances of it getting the best of you. Mind, Body, Spirit, practicing gratitude, & envisioning you overcoming worst case scenarios will prep you to handle anything that might come your way.

The Chinese Bamboo Tree takes 5 years from the time a seed is planted until it actually breaks ground. During that time it's building a foundation of roots that will sustain masssive growth. Once it breaks through, it can grow up to 90 ft in 6 months.

Do an audit of all the things in your life that you have to be grateful for. Genuine gratitude for the good things in your life will create a positive mindset that will propel you forward. Be Grateful!
