This OBE is a good example about how we can connect to others during OBEs. I had gone up to the attic to sleep at about 2am due to my husband’s snoring. From May 2016 I just love that OBE feeling, detaching from the physical is great way to get rid of stress. When you have OBEs you can receive a lot of guidance about your life about our world and what goes on in it. Really you receive the guidance also if you don’t have OBEs but as we are so involved in physical life we don’t notice the messages so much.
